1. Is your drive still recognized by your computer?
If you hear clicking, buzzing, or grinding noises when you connect it, or it doesn't show up on any computer, the answer is "no".
This is likely physical damage. We don't perform physical repair of drives. We recommend contacting a specialized data recovery lab with clean-room capabilities.
2. Were files deleted, formatted, or corrupted, but the drive powers on and is detected normally?
This is exactly the kind of case we can help with.
3. Is it an old mechanical hard drive with logical — not physical — failures?
