Honesty first: here's what we do and don't do.
We do recover
- Accidentally deleted files, even if you already emptied the recycle bin.
- USB drives or disks mistakenly formatted that are still recognized by your computer.
- Logically corrupted drives: powers on and is detected, but you can't access the files.
- Old mechanical hard drives with logical failures — our specialty.
We don't do
- Physical damage (clicking, buzzing, won't power on): requires a lab with clean-room capabilities.
